We are seeking a hospitality services professional for a Welcome service site in Helsinki, Salmisaari. The role is the Welcome site supervisor for a large client, leading a small three-person team. You will ensure smooth front desk services and access control, coordinating with the client to keep operations running to plan. You will work as an active contributor, not a bystander, and be a vital link between the site and stakeholders. Your day-to-day work is Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00, with a pay scale starting at Tes level 4 (from 14.32€/h). The role requires initiative, good situational awareness, and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Daily duties include front desk operations and access control, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment, and maintaining a professional image for visitors and staff. Fluency in Finnish and English is required, as the client operates in a multilingual context. A valid security guard card and prior security experience are necessary.
