The role As we expand our Enterprise business, we are looking for an experienced Solutions Architecture Manager, Enterprise to lead our customer-facing Solutions Architecture organization for the Enterprise segment. This is a leadership role at the intersection of technology, enterprise strategy and business value. You will build and lead a high-performing team of Solutions Architects, partner closely with Enterprise Sales leadership, and engage directly with senior technology and business executives at some of our most strategic customers. The scope of the role reflects where the business is today; as we scale, we expect the organization to specialize and subdivide, and this leader will help shape and staff that evolution. You’re welcome to work remotely in the United States. Your responsibilities will include: - Build, lead and coach a high-performing team of Enterprise Solutions Architects. - Own the technical engagement model for the Enterprise segment in close partnership with Enterprise Sales leadership in your region, including how coverage and ownership are divided as the team expands - Set clear priorities, operating mechanisms and performance expectations for the Enterprise Solutions Architecture team. - Engage directly with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Infrastructure, Heads of AI/ML, Business leaders and other senior stakeholders. - Champion the voice of Enterprise customers internally, provide guidance for Nebius's Product and Technology roadmap in Enterprise Readiness. - Establish a strong culture focused on customer outcomes, technical excellence, business value and commercial impact. We expect you to have: - 5+ years of experience in people-management, including hiring, coaching and developing senior technical professionals. - 5+ years of experience working with Enterprise companies, with a deep understanding of how large organizations evaluate, purchase, adopt and expand strategic technology platforms. - Proven experience in value engineering for Enterprise customers — translating technology investments and complex architectures into measurable business outcomes, economic value and compelling business cases. Ability to operate effectively across both the technical and business dimensions of complex Enterprise engagements and influence C-level and senior stakeholders. - Excellent executive communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills. - Ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing environment where team structures, coverage boundaries and scope of ownership will continue to evolve It will be an added bonus if you have: - Strong understanding of cloud-native infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, security and Kubernetes. - Experience with GPU-based infrastructure workloads, accelerated computing. - Experience designing or supporting machine learning and AI workloads, including training and inference. - Understanding of distributed AI/ML infrastructure and the compute, networking and storage considerations associated with large-scale GPU workloads. - Experience with Kubernetes-based AI/ML platforms, MLOps or AI infrastructure. - Experience helping Enterprise customers evaluate the economics of large-scale compute or GPU workloads. Pay Transparency We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, the level at which the candidate is hired, and geographic location, consistent with applicable law.
