Elebet Oy is a Pomarkku-based factory making concrete elements for residential buildings, commercial spaces, and industrial projects. The plant is known for its precision and quality, monitored by Kiwa Inspecta, with customers nationwide. We are seeking a Maintenance Technician who takes initiative and works hands-on. The job is practical and varied, and your work directly keeps production running. Most tasks involve repairing and maintaining machines, performing preventive maintenance, and replacing worn parts such as belts, motors, and bearings. You may operate forklifts or reach trucks to move goods. Days are not the same, and you will continually learn. Ideally you have basic machine maintenance knowledge, problem-solving skills, and willingness to take on new tasks. A background in mechanical or electrical trades is helpful; experience with factory maintenance, hydraulics, or heavy equipment operation is beneficial.
