We are seeking a versatile construction professional with extensive practical experience who can work completely independently. The work includes demanding construction, renovation, metal, electrical, HVAC and design tasks as well as maintaining the company websites. The employee must have strong practical experience in ALL of the areas listed below. 1. Construction, renovation and installation work - Building interior walls. - Installation, adjustment and repair of doors and windows. - Installation of kitchens, furniture and other built-in furniture. - Interior and exterior renovations. - Maintenance, repair and upkeep of buildings. - Able to work independently at various client sites. Requirement: at least 5 years of practical work experience. 2. Electrical and HVAC installations - Low-voltage electrical installations. - Wiring, outlets, lighting and other electrical devices. - Plumbing and drainage installations. - Underfloor heating systems installations. - Electrical and HVAC system maintenance, repair and upkeep. Requirement: at least 5 years of practical work experience. 3. Carpentry, painting and finishing works - Frame and carpentry work. - Drywall installations. - Trowel and surface preparation. - Interior and exterior painting. - Laying laminate, parquet and other floor materials with precision. - Other finishing works of buildings. Requirement: at least 5 years of practical work experience. 4. Metalwork and welding - Welding of steel, stainless steel, iron and aluminum. - Fabrication of metal structures. - Custom work. - Assembly of metal parts. - On-site modification works. Requirement: at least 5 years of practical work experience. 5. AutoCAD design - Design of metal structures. - Creating 2D and 3D drawings of stairs, gates, railings and other metal structures. - Producing technical drawings with AutoCAD. Requirement: at least 5 years of practical work experience. 6. WordPress website maintenance and digital marketing - Maintenance and development of company WordPress websites. - Content production. - Basic SEO knowledge. - Tasks supporting digital marketing. - Maintaining company online visibility. Requirement: at least 5 years of practical work experience. 7. Project management and customer service - Independent planning and execution of job sites. - Coordinating materials and work phases. - Customer service in an international work environment. - Proficient use of English in daily work. Requirement: at least 5 years of practical work experience. 8. Handyman entrepreneurship and independent client work - At least five years’ experience as a handyman entrepreneur or similar independent multi-service and construction-related client work. - Ability to implement diverse construction, repair, maintenance and installation tasks from start to finish independently. - Experience in assessing client needs, planning work, material choices and independent project execution. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Entrepreneurial attitude, initiative, responsibility and strong problem-solving ability. Requirement: at least 5 years of experience as handyman entrepreneur or similar independent multi-service client work. Other requirements - Ability to work completely independently and take overall responsibility for tasks. - Excellent problem-solving skills and versatile practical know-how. - Willingness to travel for work. - Valid driving licence B. - Fluent English.
