Recruiter

We are looking for a skilled recruiter for Good Staff. Good Staff Personnel Services is a growing personnel service company that recruits professionals across diverse industries. We value reliability, flexibility and fairness in dealing with both clients and employees. We are seeking a professional recruiter to take recruitment processes in hand and help us find the right skilled workers for various client needs. Salary based on experience starting from 2500 €/month. Your duties will include: actively sourcing and contacting candidates, drafting and publishing job ads, handling applications and screening, conducting interviews and evaluating suitability, presenting employees to client companies, coordinating recruitment processes end-to-end, maintaining communication with employees and clients, using recruitment and HR systems, and other day-to-day tasks. We recruit for multiple industries, so days are varied. We might search for an automotive technician one day, a production worker another, and a restaurant professional on another. Requirements include prior recruitment experience and an autonomous work style; ability to identify good candidates and handle people in different situations. Strong communication and interviewing skills, independent and proactive work approach, good organizational skills and stress tolerance, ability to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously, courage to pick up the phone and actively contact workers, and good Finnish language skills. Bonus if you are familiar with Teamtailor recruitment system. Experience with Likeit HR and payroll programs is also advantageous. Work time and start: jobs start as soon as possible; workload is arranged flexibly. We are primarily seeking a recruitment professional who can work with us regularly, but the role is also suitable for a part-time recruiter. You can work part-time or fixed-term during the summer season if you wish to combine it with other activities. We operate from our Turku Kupittaa office, Itäinen Pitkäkatu, typically 8–17 on weekdays.
