Machinist

Are you a manual lathe specialist looking for a job where your craftsmanship is visible? At the Turku shipyard, the world's largest cruise ships are being built, and we are now seeking a machinist for versatile tasks – in addition to machining work, you will also participate in installation tasks at the shipyard. Initially, you will work alongside a more experienced machinist to learn and develop, so full experience is not required – motivation and a desire to produce quality work are most important. The work is primarily day shifts, but flexibility for evening work, overtime, and weekend work according to project needs is required. The tasks are diverse and vary depending on the project phase and needs. Besides machining, you will perform installation work at the shipyard – specific tasks will develop as the project progresses, making the work interesting.
