We are Hemby, a company boldly innovating home services for seniors, children, and people of all ages in need of assistance. We bring joy and security to our customers' daily lives, and our motto is: we help as if they were our own mother or father. What is a helper? A helper is a person who provides everyday assistance, company, and/or support in keeping the home clean for a designated assisted person, such as a senior. A helper's work may include assistant tasks, such as supporting the customer in all kinds of everyday chores, such as outdoor activities, shopping trips, taking out the trash, or simply spending time together over coffee and conversation. In addition to assistants, we are also looking for cleaner-helpers, whose duties include professional home cleaning and window washing. Over time, helpers and customers often even become friends through their work. Helper work is open to everyone over 18, from students to retirees. The most important things are a brisk work ethic and a genuine desire to help. What does the helper's work require? A desire to help. Assistant work does not require other special skills. It is enough that you want to spend time with those in need and make their everyday life better and easier through your actions. Work can be done according to your own situation, and working hours are very flexible. We require cleaner-helpers to have experience in the cleaning sector. What is the best part of being a helper? As a helper, you get: - Your own designated customer, whom you help with everyday chores and provide company for - Flexible working hours that fit perfectly, for example, alongside studies or other part-time work. Typical working hours are 1-2 times a week for a few hours. - A competitive hourly wage: 12.89-15.74 €/h + additions according to the collective agreement and holiday compensation. - Good advancement opportunities: Based on experience and good customer feedback, you can advance to a pro-helper or guru-helper and receive a pay raise!
