Document Controller

Document Controller role at FiveNines is to support the successful delivery of a major data centre project by ensuring that project documentation, compliance records and site administration processes are organised, accurate and up to date. You will coordinate site induction processes, verify training certifications for site personnel and ensure required records are uploaded and maintained within internal systems. You will work in a technically demanding international environment with opportunities to contribute globally and from Loviisa in the future. We are looking for someone with experience in document control, project administration or a similar coordination role, preferably within construction, infrastructure or industrial projects. Strong administrative and IT skills, experience with document management systems, and knowledge of construction documentation requirements are a significant advantage. Finnish and English language skills are required. This role requires detail orientation, structured working style, and the ability to support multiple stakeholders across a project organisation.
