About the role

Job Description In this role, you will be an important part of the project work of an international brand house. You will specifically ensure the smooth implementation of IT and administrative projects related to logistics. You will ensure that projects keep moving, deadlines are met, and any obstacles and risks are made visible and resolved. This is not an administrative monitoring role, but a truly practical, hands-on position. You will be in control, ensuring project progress and acting as a key link between different stakeholders. - Location: Vantaa / flexible hybrid work according to agreed practice (max. half of working time can be remote) - Working hours: Full-time - Duration: Fixed-term, September 2026 – 31.5.2027 What we offer? Tasks Your main responsibilities are divided as follows: - Project coordination and monitoring: You will track schedules, open items, dependencies, responsibilities, and decision needs. You will proactively clarify ambiguous situations. - IT and SAP project support: You will support the IT Manager with status updates, preparation of management materials, and coordination of system transitions. You will participate in the local coordination of the SAP project (especially logistics, warehouse, finance, and customer service) and monitor the need for process development. - Logistics projects: You will work in close cooperation with the Logistics Manager and support logistics development projects. - Stakeholder work: You will prepare status and decision materials and coordinate communication across a broad network. Your key stakeholders include the IT Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Finance Director, logistics, finance, and customer service teams, group IT, and external partners. What we expect from you We are looking for a solution-oriented organizer who enjoys supporting the operational team as well as working with management materials. We hope you have: - Strong experience in IT, SAP, ERP, logistics, or supply chain projects. - Solid understanding of logistics operations and the interface between business and IT. - Ability to coordinate and manage several parallel workflows. - Fluent and clear communication, good documentation skills, and the ability to create high-quality presentation materials. - Fluency in both Finnish and English - A hands-on attitude, a proactive and solution-oriented approach, and calmness even in tight situations.
