We are looking for personal trainers at several SATS centres in Norway! SATS is taking the PT profession to a new level! We are proud to offer newly hired PTs more security and closer follow-up than ever before. We are now looking for you who are passionate about delivering good health to the people of Norway, backed by the market's best follow-up. SATS has fitness centres in several of Norway's largest cities, and we are now looking for personal trainers at several of our centres in greater Oslo (including Romerike), Bærum, Bergen, Fredrikstad, Kristiansand, Drammen, Porsgrunn, Sarpsborg, Skien, Stavanger and Tromsø. See all our centres here. Please indicate in your application where in the country you prefer to work. Would you like to inspire others to lead a healthier lifestyle and help our members reach their goals? Would you like to work in a professional and energetic environment with skilled and inspiring colleagues, and have the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally? We would love to hear from you! 💙 How you can make a difference: As a PT at SATS, you make an important difference to our many members. For several of our members, working with a personal trainer is the key to succeeding with their training and making a lasting change, whether related to lifestyle or more specific training goals. You get close to members from the very first meeting, when you carry out a thorough needs assessment. You use your expertise to tailor realistic, motivating and individual nutrition and training plans that help members achieve their goals. You are a positive inspiration, a driving force and a contributor beyond your own area of responsibility. Together with your colleagues at the centre, you ensure that it delivers an exceptional standard in all areas and continues to develop. 🤩 Does this sound like you? You have at least one year of education as a personal trainer (60 study credits or equivalent). PT programmes that do not award study credits are also accepted if they correspond to one year in scope (upload proof of completed and/or ongoing studies as an attachment to your application). You have alternative education relevant to the PT profession, such as a bachelor's degree in sports, physiotherapy, psychology/coaching, etc. (all candidates, regardless of education, must complete an in-depth interview including a practical audition). You have a good capacity for work and can see yourself delivering around 80–100 hours per month once established as a personal trainer. You are an inspiration who is committed to giving customers unique training experiences based on specific and individual goals. You enjoy sales and take responsibility for establishing and developing your own client portfolio. You come across as confident and are good at establishing and maintaining relationships. You are positive and inclusive. You work independently and take initiative. You are careful to follow procedures and respect rules and guidelines. 🤝 The best reasons to join the team: SATS offers introductory pay during the start-up period. Close mentoring from experienced leaders and PT managers. You become part of a skilled and professional team that encourages one another and helps each other succeed. You have unique access to potential customers through the centre's large membership base. You get to work with a very important and exciting product that is constantly developing. You get good development opportunities through our internal training programme, SATS Academy. Guaranteed pay when returning from parental leave and/or illness. Free training at all SATS centres throughout the Nordic region. Employee benefits with discounts from our partners. As a new PT at SATS, you get to work with our introductory PT trial-session programme. A PT should help all members get started with training and contribute to establishing good exercise habits. Working with PT trial sessions is the perfect entry point to becoming a full-time PT. It is an easy way to gain experience in selling PT services and build relationships with potential PT customers, while receiving introductory pay! As a PT at SATS, you do socially important work. You help individuals lead better lives, achieve a goal or perhaps fulfil a dream. This is what makes a working day at SATS probably more pleasant and meaningful than many others. #SATSNorge #LI-AB1
