Operational Manager – lead a team that creates Lapland’s unforgettable experiences. We are seeking for a safari lodge company in Lapland an Operational Manager who will play a key role in building smooth day-to-day operations, successful customer experiences and strong team spirit. In this role you will lead an international guide team and ensure that every day runs safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You are an approachable supervisor who supports your team, resolves arising situations and keeps the team on track even in busy periods. Responsibilities include coordinating daily safari and tour departures, building and maintaining functional schedules, organizing staff, equipment and operational resources, ensuring day-to-day operations progress as planned, acting as the point of contact between guides, partners and customers, and solving rapidly changing situations in a practical way. We expect: previous experience in team leadership or supervisory roles, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, ability to motivate and inspire people from diverse backgrounds, fluent English (other languages are a plus), resilience and willingness to be where action happens. Prior experience in travel, safari or activity service helps but the right attitude, leadership skills and ability to make people succeed are most important.
