Cook

We are recruiting an experienced cook who naturally takes responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the kitchen. The role combines practical cook duties with kitchen supervision. You will be responsible for food preparation and the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including ingredient and supply ordering as well as planning of work shifts. You will lead the kitchen staff, organize daily tasks and ensure that the food is high quality and consistent. You will also have an opportunity to develop the kitchen operations together with the rest of the team. Lunch is served seven days a week, so the job blends varied tasks, appropriate level of responsibility and changing workdays.
