This application allows year-round expression of interest to perform dentist duties, practical service training, or other dentist substitutes across all dental clinics of the Western Uusimaa Wellbeing District. Supervisors from different units will contact applicants as needed. You may select all locales where you could work within the region. There is also an option to explore multiple locations during your employment to experience various ways of working. Positions are fixed-term dentist substitutes of varying durations. We interview and hire candidates year-round, with the majority of work during the summer season. Working hours: according to physician contract, 38h 15min per week. Primarily seeking full-time substitutes, but part-time applicants will also be considered. Task-specific salary: 3075 - 5157.50 €/month. Requirements: A legally registered dentist in Finland. Before employment begins, the candidate must have completed the required dental studies and have rights in the Social and Health Professionals Register (JulkiTerhikki). Proficiency in Finnish (written and spoken) is required; in some clinics Swedish may be used. A positive attitude and enthusiasm for dentistry is expected. Also required is vaccination protection under the Act on Preventive Health Care (#48). On occasion, candidates may be asked for a random drug test per the region’s substance-use program.
