Supervisor

We are seeking a Responsible Supervisor for Raumalle at Tavana Sinisaari. The position is full-time and located in two shifts, with start as soon as possible or as agreed. As the Responsible Supervisor, you will, in addition to the supervisor tasks, act as a work partner to the unit manager and be responsible for the care of residents in the unit and for developing operations together with the unit manager and other staff. You will also help organize daily work together with the unit manager and may act as the deputy when needed. This role provides an opportunity to use your professional skills and gain valuable leadership experience and involvement in developing the unit’s operations. You will receive thorough onboarding and support from your supervisor. Tavana Sinisaari offers communal and supported housing for people in recovery. Each client has their own home in Sinisaar, where they can live according to their own way. We provide a safe environment for clients who need support in daily life. Pay is based on the private social services collective agreement. The pay grade for the Responsible Supervisor role is G24D, with a base salary of 2811.09–3071.09 €/month depending on experience. In addition, a role-specific allowance of 184.64 €/month is paid.
