Wealth Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly capable Wealth Operations Manager to join Finary. The role involves building and maintaining operational tools and processes that support client experiences and back-end reconciliation for wealth management products. You will work closely with product, engineering, and client-facing teams to design scalable solutions, own the client experience end-to-end, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, regulatory environment. You will oversee backend workflows, automation, and data pipelines that power advisor tooling, client reporting, and onboarding. The role requires strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business problems into technical requirements. The team is Paris-based with collaboration across Europe, with in-person meetings in Paris a few times a year. Fluency in English is required; French exposure is beneficial.
