A fixed-term, full-time position at Y.E.S. Daycare in Vantaa. The kindergarten social worker participates as a member of a multidisciplinary team in planning, implementing and evaluating pedagogical activities, shares responsibility for family cooperation in upbringing, and supports community, inclusion and the well-being of children and families. The task includes developing services and new practices to promote child and family welfare and community. The position is located at Y.E.S. Daycare, a bilingual (English and Finnish) unit with eight groups, two of which are preschool groups. The role covers ages 3–5 this season. We value a flexible, positive, team-oriented attitude, listening to children with sensitivity, and enabling children's influence in decisions that concern them. We operate under the KVTES collective agreement. Salary: 3113–3218 EUR/month with 3–8% seniority-based supplement depending on prior experience.
