Development Manager, Digital Signage & Digital Asset Management K-ryhmään - Kesko Oyj - Remote - Global

We are looking for a development manager to be responsible for the development of Kesko's digital display solutions and digital asset management. The role is part of the digital development team, which is responsible for developing K-ryhmä's digital services, content platforms, and customer experience to support business goals. The job involves managing a significant Digital Signage network and Digital Asset Management system, ensuring solutions support business, marketing, K Retail Media, stores, and customer needs, enabling efficient content management and publishing across channels. The role requires collaboration with IT product owners, marketing, K Retail Media, stores, architects, developers, and partners. Success depends on integrating commercial goals, customer experience, store-specific and centralized content, and scalable technical implementation. The candidate should understand modern content publishing architectures, integrations, cloud solutions, and multi-channel content distribution. Responsibilities include developing Kesko's Digital Signage network, DAM system, content planning, production, approval, publishing, distribution, archiving, metadata, taxonomies, access rights, content discoverability, campaign and local content management, integration, API, data flows, cloud solutions, multi-channel publishing architecture, collaboration with marketing and K Retail Media, supplier and partner management, quality, cost, progress monitoring, and impact measurement. The role offers meaningful work with direct impact on customer shopping experiences, working with Finland's largest retail digital display network, and developing a comprehensive system combining digital content, commercial goals, technology, data, integrations, and customer experience. The ideal candidate has experience in digital development, product or service management, content or marketing technology, or integration development, with at least 5 years in digital services, product, or development management, experience with integrations, cloud services, APIs, data flows, content management, DAM, metadata, taxonomies, content publishing, digital signage, multi-channel marketing, change management, and analytics. A relevant higher education degree in technology, information systems, business, digital business, or marketing technology, or equivalent practical experience is required.
