Head of Trading Execution & Operations

READY TO MAKE AN IMPACT? If you are passionate about owning the operational backbone of a fast-growing commodities business, join our team as Head of Trading Execution & Operations. You will operate at the centre of the business, working directly with traders, finance, suppliers, customers, shipping providers, and inspectors to ensure deals move smoothly across international markets. YOUR PROFILE 7+ years of commodity (ideally metal) trading-execution experience at established trading houses. Strong command of fixed/formula pricing, hedging, MTM, month-end close, exposure and P&L/cash-flow monitoring, Incoterms and transport doc. Trade-finance instruments: CAD, LCs, inventory financing. Results-driven personality with a hands-on mentality and a strong focus on achieving operational KPIs. A self-starter who builds teams while keeping an eye for detail; thrives under pressure. High English proficiency; keen interest in new tech, including AI-driven automation. Willingness to travel (~10–20%)- supplier yards, ports, lender meetings, group offsites.
