Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor

The job entails leading the Tornio workshop as the workshop manager, receiving work, providing technical support to technicians, and handling customer invoicing. You will collaborate closely with the parts salesperson and may act as the parts salesperson if needed. We expect prior experience in similar roles and in workshop leadership, experience with heavy-duty vehicle parts management software, willingness to work on a flexible schedule, readiness to take on demanding tasks, responsibility, and the ability to foster a positive atmosphere. You should be capable of independent decision-making and have any Autofutur software skills or equivalent. Knowledge of Swedish or English is a plus. The role requires high resilience under pressure, professional leadership of heavy vehicle maintenance, technical expertise in heavy equipment, and strong customer service skills.
