In the role of Team Manager in Växjö, your focus will be on our employees who work daily to sort and deliver packages. You will have personnel responsibility for about 20 people, including KPI follow-up and skills development. The role is both operational and strategic to ensure the optimal functioning of the terminal. Your tasks will include personnel responsibility, scheduling, night cross-docking, ensuring smooth operations, process improvement, participating in local management, transport planning, supporting other functions, and liaising with other terminals. We believe you are a natural problem solver, motivated by challenges, able to motivate your team, and a good communicator with decision-making skills. Experience in transport planning and leadership with personnel responsibility is preferred.
