We are looking for a permanent Event Builder to work at Jyväskylä Fair Oy’s Pavilion, building exhibition stands, shows and other events. The Pavilion is a conference and event center in Lutakko, Jyväskylä, hosting hundreds of events annually including meetings, conferences, corporate events, professional and public fairs and entertainment events. Jyväskylä Sinfonia also operates there. The role is permanent with mainly weekday hours. You should have good teamwork, initiative and a willingness to learn; start could be soon but is negotiable. We offer comprehensive induction, a great team, a view into the event industry, and opportunities to develop your skills. We expect manual dexterity with tools, ability to work independently or with a partner, flexibility with hours, and a can-do attitude. Preferred: experience in event construction, AV skills, category C driving license, forklift/cut-lift/occupational safety cards, and experience using a scissors lift.
