About the role

We are seeking a service coordinator for LämpöYkkönen to oversee the post- sales process. The role serves private and corporate customers nationwide with a customer-focused, solution-oriented approach. The work location is Jyväskylä or Oulu. TASK DESCRIPTION: As a service coordinator you coordinate LämpöYkkönen’s post-sales process and ensure smooth handling of post-sales matters. You contact customers and move cases forward in collaboration with business leaders and a technical expert. You handle and document post-sales matters in Salesforce, maintain up-to-date situational pictures of open cases, and participate in drafting written responses. The role emphasizes listening to customers, clear communication, resilience, and the ability to push things forward in a systematic and independent way. REQUIREMENTS: Experience in demanding customer service or similar office roles with independent problem solving; excellent interpersonal skills and a constructive attitude toward customers; systematic work style and good stress tolerance; good written communication; willingness to work with various systems. Prior experience in aftersales, complaint handling or process management is an advantage. Knowledge of the technical field and skills in Swedish and English are advantageous.
