Program Manager

This is a full-time, fully remote position on our team. You will be the central quarterback for our payer partnerships in steady-state operations – responsible for maintaining the end-to-end RCM lifecycle from credentialing and rostering to claims adjudication and CX. You will track open issues, mobilize the right internal experts, and drive accountability across teams until problems are resolved. You will work closely with Alma's Operations and Business Development teams to turn operational insights into action and improve outcomes for our payer portfolio. Responsibilities include tracking payer issues end-to-end with clear ownership and visibility; driving improvements in RCM efficiency and revenue performance; coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve interdependencies; triaging and coordinating new payer requirements; supporting payer calls with the Business Development Team; monitoring evolving payer merges and implementing changes proactively; and reporting on RCM performance by payer. Success looks like improved RCM performance, payer satisfaction, and timely completion of payer initiatives. Qualifications include experience in healthcare operations, strong cross-functional collaboration, high organization, and ability to communicate complex operational topics clearly.
