An entrepreneurial mindset and initiative are key in this role. You will have the opportunity to shape your role as part of our team, with a focus that may include supporting sales, engaging in client dialogue, defining technical solutions, refining backlogs or advancing continuous improvement. In client work, you will help guide discussions towards long-term, agile product development instead of focusing solely on schedules. What do we expect from you? At least 2 years of experience designing and implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions Strong expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, Copilot Studio) Dynamics 365 experience is an advantage Power Platform / Dynamics certifications are a plus Experience in .NET and/or React development and integrations Experience with Azure Functions and Logic Apps solutions and DevOps environments Experience using AI in development and client solutions Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders Fluent Finnish and English A relevant higher-education degree (e.g. computer science, software engineering) Why join our growing team?
