Process Operator

Process Operator for the cold rolling mill area focused on converting stainless steel into high-quality products according to customer specifications. The area includes three Sendzimir rolling stands, two finishing rolling lines, a stretch straightening line, a coil grinding line and supporting processes such as roller grinding and bearing installation. You will be part of a skilled production team where your work directly impacts final product quality. Responsibilities include operating production lines, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency, identifying and solving production disturbances with the team, and ensuring products are produced safely and according to the production plan. We expect a safety-first attitude, proactive and responsible working style, suitable professional training, good collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in process industry is an advantage but the will to learn is most important.
