Building caretaker

Technical property caretaker for Espoo. We are seeking a brisk and capable building caretaker for our client in Espoo to work in properties located in the Helsinki metropolitan area. Work will start immediately after a suitable person is found, and the position is permanent. Job description: duties include a variety of property maintenance tasks, such as mowing lawns and other yard area maintenance, general maintenance of yard areas, as well as minor repair and renovation work in properties and snow removal in winter. Success in the role requires good manual skills and experience or evidence of practical maintenance, repair, or renovation work. The job is varied and requires initiative and the ability to handle tasks independently. Strong social skills are also emphasized, as the role involves a lot of customer service and interaction with customers and residents. We hope you have: experience in property maintenance or maintenance work; good manual skills and practical competence in small repairs; experience with snow removal (Kramer/Wille); proactive and responsible work attitude; good customer service and interpersonal skills; B-driver's license.
