Accountable for the financial performance of the portfolio, including P&L management, budget control, forecasting and delivery of agreed profit targets. Identify and drive commercial growth opportunities, including cross-selling and promotion of CBRE’s wider service offerings. Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders at country level; act as the primary liaison for GWO services and solutions. Manage landlord relationships and oversee lease administration for sub-leased properties. Ensure compliance with CBRE QHSE standards and lead the local Workplace Management team. Requirements: strong experience in Account Management, Facilities/Workplace Management or Corporate Real Estate; international environment preferred; strong English; collaborative leader.
