Mission: Neko is redefining prevention by delivering data-driven, preventative care through a single, non-invasive lab visit. In this role, you will commission new Neko labs end-to-end—from technical build and equipment installation to regulatory compliance—and hand over a fully operational lab to the local clinic team to manage. You will operate with high autonomy in ambiguity and, as launch cadence grows, you will build a team underneath. What you’ll deliver includes launching UK labs and at least one in Germany/France/Italy/Spain, standing up a repeatable playbook, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and handing off documented procedures.
