The IT Manager will lead the maintenance and efficiency of Nebius data center IT infrastructure, including GPU cloud clusters. You’ll oversee IT infrastructure, hardware troubleshooting and ensuring critical systems run smoothly. Responsibilities include: Manage IT support team to achieve KPI in IT infrastructure support and project planning. Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to address technical challenges. Develop documentation for hardware configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance. Plan, execute and monitor regular IT tasks to maintain and improve IT infrastructure operations. Manage IT support including diagnosing and resolving issues related to IT hardware and ensure continuous support of the data center’s IT infrastructure. Manage project tasks including installation, upgrading and dismantling of hardware based on operational requests. Manage asset management processes and RMAs. Requirements: 5+ years of team management, strong data center operations knowledge, server and network equipment principles, ITIL familiarity, Linux proficiency, server hardware experience, enterprise-grade switches, fiber optics, advanced Excel skills, proactive approach.
