We are looking for an proactive and energetic recruitment consultant to join our team. In this role you will help build effective recruitment processes for construction sector workers and serve as a key link between workers and our clients. Our office is located in Helsinki, Käpylä. In short, as a recruitment consultant you will be responsible for the recruitment process from start to finish, including creating job advertisements, finding and contacting suitable candidates, interviewing applicants, managing employment relationships and ongoing communication with employees, and collaborating with other recruiters and salespeople. The position requires an proactive attitude, social skills and the ability to handle multiple processes simultaneously. We are looking for a person who is fluent in Finnish and English; other languages (e.g., Estonian and Russian) are a plus. Previous recruitment experience or construction-industry experience is beneficial. Good interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented approach, the ability to manage busy situations, and flexibility in tasks and ways of working.
