Early Childhood Special Education Teacher

We are seeking a bilingual early childhood inclusive special education teacher (Finnish and English) to join our unit. The daycare is part of Vantaa International School and serves up to 154 children. The role involves assessing support needs, planning and implementing support, and evaluating outcomes in collaboration with other staff. You will contribute to developing an inclusive culture in the unit together with the daycare director, participate in the planning and evaluation processes for support, and work closely with diverse stakeholders. Strong pedagogical expertise and communication skills are required. Finnish language proficiency is essential. The unit uses the ProVaka model to support children's social skills, and we expect you to work according to its principles.
