The role includes pediatric individual therapy delivered at our facility or in the client’s daily environment in Hämeenlinna and nearby areas (home, daycare, or school). Our center also offers occupational therapy, LAKU family rehabilitation, and Oma väylä rehabilitation. In our multidisciplinary team, professionals from various rehab fields work together to ensure high-quality care for our clients. Your immediate supervisor is a rehabilitation professional who will handle day-to-day operations, allowing you to focus on client work. We value support for professional growth. We accommodate a balance between work and personal life and consider each individual’s situation. You can be employed under a standard contract with a monthly salary, or as a self-employed practitioner; part-time work is also possible. For full-time, monthly pay the salary ranges from €4,030 to €4,739 depending on experience and area of practice. We offer flexible working hours on weekdays and, if you wish, a performance-based pay model where your earnings typically range from €4,000 to €6,500 per month depending on your pace. Work arrangements or hours can be adjusted to your needs, and our broad office network enables transfer to another location if your life circumstances change. Start date is by agreement.
