This position reports to: Production Supervisor __ We are now looking for new talent for our Vaasa factory production into assembly worker and operator tasks. Tasks may include assembling switch products, packaging and various production steps. Some tasks emphasize operation, monitoring and ensuring production flow on automated production lines. You will work as part of a skilled team in a modern production environment where safety, quality and continuous development are important parts of daily work. We expect from you In the position you will succeed best with a person who has a positive attitude to work and a desire to learn and develop. We value initiative, flexibility and good cooperation skills. The job requires meticulousness, quality awareness and the ability to follow safe working practices. Technical or industrial education and previous experience in production or assembly work are considered an advantage but not mandatory. The most important is motivation, good work attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team.
