We are looking for a Chef to join Restaurant Aihki for the winter season 2026 - 2027, as part of Sunday Morning Resort in Pyhätunturi, Finnish Lapland. Restaurant Aihki is known for its high-quality modern Nordic cuisine, where pure, locally sourced ingredients take centre stage. Our restaurant has twice been recognised among Finland's Best Restaurants by Kauppalehti Optio (2022 & 2023, rating 16+). As a Chef at Restaurant Aihki, you will work as part of our professional kitchen team and take an active role in daily food preparation and service. You will work with high-quality ingredients and help ensure that every dish leaving the kitchen meets Aihki's high standards. This position is ideal for a chef with a few years of professional kitchen experience who is looking to develop their skills in a high-quality restaurant environment. Experience in à la carte, fine dining or Nordic cuisine is considered an advantage, but most importantly, we are looking for a professional attitude, a strong team spirit and a genuine passion for great food.
