Nurse

We are looking for a nurse to join the Attendo Tasankotie home for people with developmental disabilities in Kouvola. The home is Eskolanmäki and operates around the clock. Each resident is treated as an individual and daily life is built together with residents in a way that is safe and meaningful. You will be part of a warm, multidisciplinary team where your expertise is valued and development is encouraged. Our thinking of turning everyday life into a home is visible in genuine encounters, smooth cooperation, and a good working atmosphere. Nurses are the backbone of the team and play a key role in ensuring safe daily life and high-quality care. You will be able to enjoy meaningful work. What you will do: administer and monitor medications and participate in medication processes; work as part of a multidisciplinary team; develop and implement nursing practices and meaningful daily activities for residents; assist residents with daily tasks. Employment type: fixed-term maternity leave replacement. Working hours: full-time or part-time as agreed. Shifts: normally morning weekdays. What we require: nursing degree; vaccination protection during the entire employment period; hygienic competency or ability to obtain it within three months; fluent Finnish; police background check for contracts longer than three months; Social and Healthcare Professional Card.
