IT Support Engineer

Our SaaS solution helps businesses automate and optimize their management and financial reporting. What does an IT Support Engineer do? On/Offboarding: you manage the IT side of the employee lifecycle from joining to leaving, register accounts, provision devices, manage access rights and ensure new colleagues are productive from day one. Hardware & Purchasing: manage hardware lifecycle—purchasing, configuring and maintaining laptops, monitors, peripherals and office IT, with attention to budget and supplier relationships. Internal Support: you are the first point of contact for IT problems within the company. You resolve hardware-, software- and network-issues quickly and with a smile. System & Access Management: manage internal core systems (Identity/SSO, device management, SaaS tools) and provision user accounts, rights and licenses. Infrastructure Support: provide system administration support; network, office connections and alignment with our infrastructure team when an issue goes deeper. Continuous Improvement: identify recurring bottlenecks and build small automations, documentation or processes to make IT support faster and more self-serve in the future. What values do you bring to the team? This role is ideal for someone with a strong affinity for IT, a recent IT graduate (Graduaat or Bachelor), or someone seeking their first job or a career switch into IT. You dive into device management, access control and common office IT tools (Google Workspace, SSO and MDM solutions). You enjoy helping people, not just tickets. Good communication skills in Dutch and English (both spoken and written). Quick to switch priorities: one moment a laptop issue, next a supplier quote, then onboarding checklist.
