Occupational health nurses at Terveystalo are experts in workplace wellbeing, work ability management and occupational health for companies and organisations. The role combines reception/office work, client meetings and on-site visits. It is preventive in nature and includes health and safety assessments, as well as drafting and following up on workplace surveys and occupational health action plans. The nurse conducts health examinations, runs sick leave clinics and administers vaccinations. Collaboration with the client company is key; our team designs and develops workplace health services together with the client and health team. This full-time, permanent position offers the possibility of remote work 1–2 days per week. We provide a supportive, warm team and strong onboarding. Overall compensation includes base pay, possible personal pay component, bonus pay and employee benefits. We follow the Private Health Care Sector collective agreement (TPTES) and classify the role in VR4 or VR5 depending on qualification. Initial salary for qualified nurses is 2908,08 €/month and 2693,83 €/month for non-qualified, with additional allowances for special skills and tenure (4 years +6%, 7 years +11%).
