What is a WeRoad Group Leader? This is not a desk job. Itâs also not a full-time career. Itâs a passion project for people who live to travel. You keep your job, your freelance hustle, or your studies. When you're ready to escape, you pick a WeRoad trip and lead it. - You are on the ground: Youâll be physically on the tripânavigating the streets of Tokyo, hiking in Iceland, or catching sunsets in Baja with a group of 10-15 travelers. - You are the Soul of the trip: You aren't a tour guide reading from a script. Youâre the person who sets the tone, breaks the ice, brings the group together and makes sure everyone feels included. - Youâre the Fixer: When a flight is delayed or a plan changes, you donât sweat it. You pivot and keep the energy high. Who weâre looking for - Bilingual: Fluent in Korean and English â you'll need English for training, team communication, and the selection process itself. - Social Intelligence: You can read a room and handle group dynamics like a pro. - Resourcefulness: Youâre grounded and practical. You find solutions while others are still looking for the problem. - Energy: Youâre adventurous, empathetic, and genuinely love meeting new people. Who should apply - Are in your 20s, 30s - Love group experiences and human connection - Feel aligned with WeRoadâs vision and values - Are based in Korea or Europe, and available to travel to Milan, Italy for our selection event (at the end of August) - Are available to lead/coordinate your first trip in September or October 2026 The Perks - Travel the World: While youâre leading a trip, the experience is on us. The Selection Weekend: If your application stands out, we'll invite you to our Selection Event in Milan, Italy, which will be conducted in English. A high-energy, 2-day interview process. Note: accommodation and meals for the Selection Event will be covered by WeRoad. Travel to Milan will be at the candidates' own expense.
