We are seeking a bilingual (Finnish and English) Early Childhood Education Special Education Teacher who is enthusiastic about development work and has professional expertise in the field. The daycare unit is eight groups, two of which are pre-school groups. The daycare is connected to Vantaa International School and accommodates up to 154 children. The teacher will be responsible for assessing and planning the support needs of children, implementing support, and evaluating the effectiveness of support in collaboration with other staff. You will support and guide the development of an inclusive operating culture in the unit together with the daycare director. You will participate in guiding and evaluating support planning processes and allocation of support. The role emphasizes pedagogical expertise and close cooperation with various stakeholders. You will work with the unit staff, daycare director, and other actors in child and family services.
