We are looking for a practical, action-oriented specialist to build and implement AI and data solutions, particularly the use of generative AI and machine learning in our operations. In the role, you will define and advance AI use cases in collaboration with the business. You will guide development partners and ensure that solutions deliver value from both technical and business perspectives. You will plan and advise on generative AI solutions, such as Copilot- and agent-based implementations, and use data and machine learning to solve practical problems, including forecasting and analytics. As part of Senaatti’s data and AI team, you will use your expertise to support Senaatti’s operations and decision-making. The role emphasises the ability to understand and develop business processes. You will identify multi-stage processes, structure them with data and find points where AI can create added value. You will have the courage to challenge existing practices and move change towards smoother and more efficient solutions. To succeed in the role, you need to understand data and AI solutions and be able to apply them in practice. The role calls for a can-do attitude, collaboration skills and the ability to move things forward even when circumstances are still taking shape. Your work location will be Helsinki. Apply to join us as an Artificial Intelligence Specialist if you have: - Approximately 2–4 years of experience in AI- and data-related work. - A suitable technical higher-education degree, for example in computer science, data, software engineering or a related field. - Experience with modern AI and data solutions, such as generative AI, machine learning and cloud services. - Experience using data to solve practical problems. - Good interaction skills in Finnish. - The ability to combine technical understanding with business needs. We value experience with generative AI solutions, for example in a Copilot environment, as well as an understanding of analytics and forecasting models. Experience working in a multi-vendor environment is also useful for success in the role.
