Fullstack Developer

We are seeking a Senior- or Mid-level Fullstack Developer for a permanent role in Helsinki. The successful candidate will play a central role in modernising and developing our digital services and operations, taking responsibility for the technical end-to-end of our web-based solutions, architecture, and high-quality implementation. You will work on a variety of projects from websites to sophisticated production planning web applications. You will share responsibility for the performance, security, and scalability of our web applications together with the IT operations team, and you will mentor junior developers to support their professional growth. Requirements include a university degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, AMK/DI), at least 5 years of modern web development for Senior or 2–3 years for Mid-level, and proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools and agentic engineering concepts. You should be able to design large-scale systems, produce technical descriptions (e.g., UML), and consider security and integrations (REST API, SFTP). Strong Finnish language skills and good English are required. Technical stack includes Backend: Python, FastAPI, Redis, SQLAlchemy; Frontend: React, TypeScript; Infra: PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes; Integrations: Dagster, REST API, SFTP.
