We are looking for a Technical Manager to lead the implementation and industrial deployment of our innovative plant protein technology. The role involves working at the forefront of the food industry, collaborating with R&D, production, customers, and external partners to drive innovation and process excellence. Responsibilities include leading customer projects, developing plans and roadmaps, managing project execution, supporting production setup, ensuring documentation, monitoring progress, providing technical guidance, and building long-term relationships. The ideal candidate has a background in food industry, process or product development, experience in extrusion technology, and fluent English skills. They enjoy ownership, engineering, customer interaction, and working in a fast-paced environment.
