Foreman We are seeking a foreman for a permanent position for our client company, SATA Shipbuilding Oy. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily direction of production and ensuring the smooth progress of work stages in the shipyard's production. Job Description As a foreman, you are responsible for organizing production work, monitoring schedules, and coordinating employees and work stages. The role requires a firm grip, good responsiveness, and the ability to resolve situations arising in production quickly and efficiently. Your duties include: * Daily supervision of production and coordination of work stages * Guiding employees and ensuring the smoothness of work * Monitoring production schedules * Interpreting technical drawings and planning work stages * Cooperation with production, design, and project management * Use of production-related systems and reporting We expect from you: * Experience in production or an industrial work environment * Ability to read technical drawings * Basic IT skills (e.g., Microsoft Office) and a general understanding of information systems * Readiness for shift work * Responsiveness and a solution-oriented approach to work * A firm and responsible way of working SATA Shipbuilding Oy offers you a permanent employment contract in a growing and developing company.
