Semi-Trailer Truck Driver

We are looking for an experienced semi-trailer truck driver for transporting aggregates such as gravel, crushed stone, earth materials, and asphalt debris to the Helsinki metropolitan area and the Uusimaa region. The job involves hauling materials to construction sites, receiving points, and recycling destinations. Success in the role requires experience driving a semi-trailer combination and handling the trailer in varying site conditions. We particularly value experience with similar earth-moving work and a good understanding of site traffic and safe operation of equipment. The driver should be able to work independently and carefully, with awareness of loading, load placement, and unloading safety. It is important to assess site conditions, soft surfaces, tight work areas, and other machines and operators. Experience with tipping in different terrain and risk identification is a plus. The job includes daily vehicle checks, proper tarpaulin usage for loads, and adherence to work and driving time regulations. We expect a professional customer-service attitude as the role involves daily collaboration with site supervisors, subcontractors, and other partners.
