General Practitioners

Hello, doctor! Come and join Solo’s friendly crew. 💜 We are looking for four (4) general practitioners for South Karelia (Imatra/Ruokolahti and Parikkala/Rautjärvi) for the period 1 January 2027–31 December 2027. The work is full-time, but we will also consider part-time arrangements. Duties In accordance with the client’s instructions and the operating unit’s practices, the physician’s duties include receiving patients, examinations, diagnostics, minor procedures, assessing care needs, and planning, delivering and monitoring treatment. The role includes preparing patient records and other necessary documentation, writing statements and certificates, and participating in multidisciplinary collaboration according to the operating unit’s practices. During a workday, the physician sees an average of around 8–12 patients, and appointments generally last 30 minutes. What we expect from you - Qualification as a general practitioner - At least two (2) years’ experience in primary healthcare as a licensed physician - Vaccination protection in accordance with section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act - Good Finnish skills - Ability to work independently in clinical practice Working hours and compensation Working hours are weekdays, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 16:00. The work is on site. The overall compensation level in the area is good.
