Confectionery Sales Promoter

Cloetta Finland is part of the Cloetta group, a Nordic confectionery company. Cloetta’s product development is based on Finnish tastes and needs with support from Cloetta’s international confectionery experts. There are 230 Cloetta employees in Finland, with many across the country responsible for selling and displaying Cloetta products in various sales channels. The company’s brands include xylitol products for dental health and well-known Finnish brands such as Mynthon, Sisu, Läkerol, Leijona, Tupla, Royal, TV Mix and Aakkoset. Cloetta’s loose candies are marketed under brands such as Karkkikatu, Candyking and Parrots. We are seeking part-time merchandisers to work at retail points, primarily grocery stores, to unload, stock shelves, and keep displays tidy, while handling orders and engaging with customers. Work is varied and may involve visiting multiple points in a day. The work sites are mainly in the Helsinki metropolitan area, with coverage across Uusimaa. Shifts usually run Mon–Sat 6:00–16:00 (some days after 16:00). 0–5 shifts per week; casual gig employment. Training starts as early as next week (week 36) with possible campaign shifts in week 37 (Fri/Sat). After the campaign, shifts continue as needed throughout the year, suitable for students or someone with another job. Requirements include good Finnish language skills, self-direction and customer service orientation, a mobile phone for the work app, and own car. Prior experience in grocery retail or as a merchandiser is advantageous. Salary depends on experience, approx. 13.66–15 €/h plus mileage reimbursements and meal allowances.
