We are seeking an Early Childhood Education Teacher for the Keimolanmäen Daycare to join our joyful team. The daycare operates a home-area model with six home areas and two groups per home area, each with its own facilities. The role involves implementing the early childhood education plan with strong small-group activities, collaborating with a multilingual community, and contributing to an inclusive learning environment. The team includes other teachers, pedagogical staff, and assistants; onboarding and mentoring are provided. Typical shifts run from early morning to late afternoon with one full Sak day per week. We value positive pedagogy, functional play, movement, and social skills development.

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for 1-3 year-olds in two groups per home area

Requirements
- Qualified Early Childhood Education Teacher (Varhaiskasvatuksen opettaja) according to national requirements
- Experience working in a daycare or early education setting preferred
- Ability to support inclusive learning and multilingual environments
- Good collaboration and communication skills in a team setting
- Willingness to participate in mentoring and ongoing professional development
