About the role

Nurse for team leader role – Hoivailo Hoivailo seeks a nurse for the position of team leader for home care and personal assistance tasks. In the role you will be responsible for organizing work, onboarding and guiding staff, and cooperating with doctors, relatives and other partners. You will also actively participate in practical nursing, caregiving and personal assistance work in clients’ homes. We expect a nursing degree, a valid medication dispensing license, and good communication, organizational skills, and a customer‑oriented and responsible work attitude.
