Requirements include: low-pressure washing skills, being of legal age, physical fitness, hygienic pass, occupational safety card, Finnish and English language skills (one fluent, the other at least basic), readiness for both morning and evening shifts, a driving license and own car to facilitate commuting. Salary is determined according to the Real Estate Services sector collective agreement with pay grades 1–4 depending on the task (e.g., grade 4 = 13.88 €/h) plus evening allowances.
