We are looking for a skilled MIG/MAG welder for metal industry tasks. The role involves performing a variety of welding operations and producing high-quality welds in accordance with drawings, welding instructions and quality requirements. Successful candidates will have strong practical expertise in MIG/MAG welding and the ability to work meticulously and with high quality. We value initiative, responsible attitude and a desire to develop own skills within a skilled team. Responsibilities include understanding MIG/MAG welding processes (135/138 or 136) and being able to perform apprentice welding tests, following qualification requirements for welders, reading and interpreting welding instructions, understanding electricity usage in welding, mastering heat input in welding, recognizing deformation during welding and controlling it, knowing common welding fixtures and using them safely, performing butt welding, mastering multi-pass welding, recognizing common welding defects, understanding quality requirements and ensuring high quality throughout the process.
